Responsibilities:

• Report to Director of Investor Relations
• Implement programs to keep the Stakeholders updated with the Company's latest corporate development, operational review, financial performance and related industries trend
• Handle investor communications including shareholder meetings, press releases, announcements, presentations
• Manage production of presentation materials, scripts and speeches
• Travel overseas and participate in various conferences, meetings and road shows
• Serve as a key point of contact for analysts, institutional and individual investors, press and media independently
• Conduct ongoing measurements of the Investor Relations program's effectiveness
• Monitor and analyze the Company's and its peer group's performances in both the industry and capital market
• Review and summarize equity research reports and published consensus estimates for management reference
• Keep senior management of the Company informed with financial and industry trends, shareholders concerns and market activities that may have certain impact on the Company
• Preparation of annual and interim reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or Communications
• Five to seven years working experience with extensive exposure to investor relations preferably in a listed company environment
• Good written and oral communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Outstanding organization skills and ability to meet deadlines of project management
• Excellent presentation and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
• Pleasant and mature manner with strong interpersonal skills to work as a team player with high degree of integrity
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Manager
