Responsibilities :

 ·        Perform day-to-day general accounting duties.

 ·        Monitor accounts receivable and factor payment

 ·        Month end book closing.

 ·        Prepare month-end schedules and various sub-ledgers / inter-companies reconciliation.

 ·        Prepare management reports and ad hoc reports as required.

 ·        Handle full set of accounts for one subsidiary book independently.

Requirements :

 ·           Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or above in Accounting

 .            5 years or above solid experience in Trading Companies

 ·           Experience in PRC accounting is an advantage

 ·           Sound knowledge in excel and Microsoft Dynamics AX is an advantage

 ·           Independent, good interpersonal skills, positive attitude

 ·           Proficiency in both written and spoken English. French would be an advantage

 ·           Immediate available will be an added advantage
