Responsibilities:

• Preparing consolidation in accordance with HKFRS
• Liaising with external professional firms to handle secretarial works and audit matters
• Assisting in handling matters related to HK Listing Rules and other regulatory compliance
• Carrying out budget planning and control as well as performing variance analysis
• Participating in management reporting
• Monitoring operation and internal control
• Reviewing expenditure applications, ledgers, vouchers and debtor documents
• Managing tax filing and tax reporting
• Handling other projects and ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree holder major in Accounting or Finance
• Registered member or finalist of a recognized professional accounting body
• Relevant working experience in HK listed companies or CPA firms is a definite advantage
• Occasional travel to PRC is required
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Hands-on person with good attention to details
• Positive mindset and good ability to work under pressure
• Responsible, self-motivated and willing to learn
• Experience with SAP and Flex Accounting is an advantage
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua is a must
