Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly consolidated financial reports and analysis for management
• Assist in preparation of annual and interim reports
• Coordinate and oversee the accounting functions of group companies
• Coordinate with regulatory and government bodies such as tax authorities, lawyers, bankers and external auditors
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned

 Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting or related disciplines with professional qualification
• Minimum of 4 years experience in international audit firm, with experience in listed company is an advantage
• Solid group level reporting experience and strong consolidation skill is a must
• Independent, flexible, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Good command of verbal and written English and Mandarin
• Occasional travel to PRC is required
• Less experience will be considered as Accountant
