Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Handle enquiries through hotline and email on the maintenance support services
  • Follow up customer maintenance enquiries and pass requests to technical or sales team where necessary
  • Maintain and update customers’ maintenance record
  • Prepare and follow up maintenance quotation
  • Consolidate Job Completion Report


Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above with minimum 1 year working experience
  • Good telephone manner and communication skills
  • Good team player with strong sense of responsibility
  • Familiar with various MS Office application
  • Knowledge in IT field is preferable
