Specific Responsibilities:

• Acquire potential merchants (including cold calls) such as well-known brands, trading companies, manufacturers to eBay platform.
• Understand eCommerce platform, respond to clients requests and work with internal teams to understand clients’ needs.
• Identify potential accounts and support clients to expand their eCommerce business by assisting in market research and operational excellence.
• Run seller development programs and seminars to ramp up seller activities.
• Conduct analysis and prepare reports on sales performance regularly to keep track of progress.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education with 5-7 solid years in sales and account management experience
• Customer-oriented with excellent telephone manner, interpersonal and selling skills
• Energetic, self-motivated, result-oriented and able to work under pressure and deliver results
• Acute sense of market and online trends and customer needs with strong analytical mind
• Hands-on experience in eCommerce, like eBay or Taobao, is an advantage
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Aggressive and adaptive to a fast-paced work and industry environment
• Good command of MS Office skills, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
