Responsibilities:

• To prepare daily/monthly inventory data, records, reports and statistics and maintain an accurate inventory record in the system on just-in-time basis
• To daily communicate with internal departments in HK/PRC for stock logistics arrangement;
• To participate in stock-taking activities and ad hoc projects;
• To handle inventory in-out and custom declaration.

Requirements:

• F.7 or above, with Diploma in Supply Chain Management or Inventory Management preferable;
• Min. 3-4 years relevant experience in warehouse operation or inventory control, previous experience in jewellery industry is definitely an advantage;
• PC proficiency (MS Office & Chinese typing), hands on experience in Flex Accounts System will be an advantage;
• Mature, self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure;
• Good team player and willing to learn;
• Immediately available is an advantage.
