Assistant Surveyor

Responsibilities:

• Handle property valuations, business valuations, consultancy services and feasibility studies
• Advise on land matters
• Conduct market research and analysis of the property market

Requirements:

• Assistant Surveyor
• Degree holder (preferably in Language, Humanities, Arts, Surveying, Real Estate and Business); degree in other fields will also be considered
• Relevant experience with no professional qualification will also be considered
• Proficiency in written and oral English and Chinese
• Good command in computer operation
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• High self-motivation
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
