Responsibilities: 

1. Project coordination and preparation of design and drawings

2. Accountable for Civil/Structural/Geotechnical design work

3. Perform TCP roles under the Building Ordinance and Regulations.

4. Co-ordinate and vetting of Contractor’s submission of program, organization chart, method statements, risk assessment, shop drawings, CBWD, CSD, as-built drawings, etc.

5. For Senior Engineer grade, proficient ability to lead design team, delegate tasks and complete work to client deadline. Supervise, coordinate and liaise with Project Consultant Team, ensure quality control of design, materials, workmanship and program

Requirements:

1. Degree holder in Civil/ Structural Engineering or equivalent

2. Relevant experience on project design / coordination

3. Strong communication skill, good command of spoken and written English

4. Must have relevant Hong Kong working experience
