ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Management of daily operations by the pizza section, ensuring consistency and quality of food served
• Lead the pizza team whilst also providing ongoing staff training and support, allowing for overall upgrade in skill and knowledge
• Awareness of changing market trends and consumer tastes, developing new recipes accordingly
• To work closely with Executive Chef and Restaurant Manager in the development of new menus to showcase different characteristics, regional uniqueness of authentic Italian cuisine
• Responsible for ordering, stock control and food storage
• Liaise with suppliers for the exhibition of product tastings and promotions

REQUIREMENTS:-

• 3-5 years relevant experience with strong knowledge of Italian cuisine of which at least 2 years experiences in managerial level
• Understanding of latest culinary concept in a broad range of Italian food
• Hardworking, well-organized, good team-player and work independently
• Excellent knowledge of food hygiene and good command of English
• Immediate available preferred
