Responsibilities:

• Lead and implement IT infrastructure projects in accordance with the IT policy and procedure
• Provide technical support for PCs, Servers, Network, Firewall, Email, VM Servers and PBX
• Responsible for the daily system health check, monitoring and operation
• Develop and implement standards, policies, procedures for infrastructure and security
• Responsible for the Vendor Management

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
• Relevant professional qualifications of MCSE / CCNA is preferred
• Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience of which 2 years in managerial role, preferably in Financial industry
• Excellent technical knowledge in Microsoft Windows Server, Linux
• Excellent technical knowledge of networking equipment such as firewalls, routers and switches
• Knowledge of Oracle and MS SQL Server
• Knowledge of FIX, LAN, WAN, VLAN, VPN, DNS, Web
• Experience in PABX support and Voice Record system support preferred
• Self-motivated, and able to work independently under a high pressure environment
• Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese, including Mandarin
