Job Description
Reporting to Senior Development Manager, the incumbent will support Orbis Hong Kong in the execution of digital fundraising / promotion activities to supporters and the public. Other duties include performance analysis of digital campaigns and support for strategy formulation so as to explore fundraising opportunities and optimize the publicity effect.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute approved email campaigns and other fundraising campaigns via the online or mobile channels
- Source and coordinate with vendors in promotions for fundraising campaigns via online / mobile channels. Work on Facebook advertisement placement. Evaluate performance and make suggestions on ways to optimize ROI
- Analyze performance of digital campaigns and supporters’ behaviors on various platforms. Research on market / social media trends, SEO & SEM tactics, etc. Share information to the team and appropriately apply the knowledge to suitable campaigns
- Coordinate with service providers on technical support for digital campaigns
- Support other fundraising and Orbis activities, as requested
CONTRACT PERIOD
- 1 year (possibility of contract renewal)
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
- Tertiary educated / University graduate with 2 years’ solid work experience in digital marketing / e-commerce
- Experience of executing digital marketing campaigns and performance tracking analysis using Google Analytic or similar tools
- Experience of campaign promotions and advertisement on digital / social media channels
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- Sound knowledge of digital communications and data analytic tools
- Strong statistical and analytical skills. Able to consolidate findings and give implications / insights on making improvements
- Understanding of current online / social media marketing concepts and best practices. Sensitive to user experience and result-oriented
- Knowledge of Photoshop and Email system
- Knowledge in computer program language such as HTML is a plus
- With can-do attitude. Capable to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
- Able to work independently but also a good team player
- Passionate in working for an NGO
