We are looking for a helpdesk & system support individuals to join our infrastructure support team. The specialists will provide professional service to our internal users on daily technical support issues, helpdesk, server, networking, SAN, infrastructure related software, license and inventory management. Additionally, he or she will participate on some of our customer projects.

Job Description:

• Maintain I.T. infrastructure for our group in Hong Kong and China.
• Provide first tier technical support, troubleshooting and system administration to internal helpdesk and client environment.
• Perform daily health check to infrastructure systems, application systems, administer I.T. assets and ensuring I.T. operation stability to corporate users.
• Perform hardware and software installations, configuration and update.
• Execute I.T. audit and security review assignments when necessary.
• Backing up your peers with your technical professional area. And proactively keeping them updated of your assigned tasks and duties.
• To work with customers during project implementation.
• Liaise, coordinate and communicate with multinational teams, vendors and business users on various projects and maintenance services.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree with 1+ year relevant I.T. experience or IVE certificate with 3 years relevant I.T. experience.
• Ideally, you should have +1 year experience working in helpdesk, phone call and email support. Including LAN/WAN and Wintel technology earned from a small-to-medium size Windows domain.
• Sound experience on installation, setup and troubleshooting PC Desktop/Wintel hardware, software & peripherals is also a prerequisite.
• Experience on TCP/IP services and network topology – VLAN, spanning tree, VPN, MPLS, DNS, FTP…etc.
• Self-motivated, good interpersonal skill, team player and passionate in exploring new trend of technology.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision. You will be speaking English and Mandarin in a multilingual and user-friendly environment.
• Working in non-office hour occasionally and regular travel to China office monthly.
• Comfortable serving to both internal users and external clients.

Recently graduated I.T. degree holder will also be considered for junior position if you’ve earned some I.T. support role experiences from the campus before.
