Responsibilities:

• Research, plan and execute buyer’s promotion campaign
• Recruit targeted trade visitors
• Liaise and follow up with association and travel agents for increasing show’s publicity
• Prepare promotion material or others if necessary
• Handle onsite activities and onsite logistics
• Follow up with other buyer activities
• Work closely with Overseas teammates or parties

Requirements:

• Degree holder preferably in event management / communications. marketing or related discipline
• 1-2 years’ solid experience in publicity / advertising / promotion / marketing communications / event / exhibition / event management
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua a must)
• Strong organizing power and communication skill
• Attention to details and independently
• Knowledge of Dreamweaver is a definite advantage
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Asst Project Executive
