Responsibilities

• Follow company’s procedures and guidelines to accurately maintain financial records and transactions and to ensure all activities conform to compliance
• Perform general accounting duties regarding Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Expense statement, Invoice checking and filing.
• Responsible for month-end , quarter-end and year-end closing
• Responsible for reconciliation of General Ledger, Bank Account, Petty Cash and Inter-Co transactions
• Maintain proper records of monthly balance sheet & audit schedules
• Assist in Taxation and Transfer Pricing provision, prepare quarterly Tax memo and report
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned and report to US and Israel
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
• Minimum 7 years relevant experience in accounting, preferably gained from MNC or sizable company with WHT and VAT / GST experience
• Self-motivated, aggressive, proactive, with excellent attitude in working as a team and able to perform effectively on an independent level and meet tight deadlines
• Customer-oriented (internal and external) with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluency in oral and written English and Chinese communication
• Proficient Computer skills in Microsoft Office , SAP experience is an advantage
