Responsibilities :

• Handle office routine works like data entry and document filing
• Share duties of receptionist including receiving calls and greeting walk-in clients
• Perform outdoor duty such as dispatch document to post office and bank-in
• Executive other assignments as appointed by the supervisor

Requirements :

• Form 3 or above
• At least 2 years’ related experience                                                                                    
• Basic computer knowledge and word processing skill are preferred
• Immediate available is highly preferred

職責 :

• 負責辦公室日常工作, 內部文件傳遞, 資料輸入及文件整理
• 協助處理接待處事務, 接聽來電及轉駁內線
• 配合其他特別項目提供支援及外勤事務

要求 :

• 中三程度, 兩年以上相關經驗
• 良好溝通技巧, 簡單英語
• 懂一般電腦操作
• 守時、細心、富責任感、勤力
• 能即時上班為佳
