Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to explore new business opportunities for Mortgage and Personal Loans by different channels to drive sales revenue
• Establish new customers and maintain close working relationship with existing customers
• Ensure customer success by orchestrating resources to assist the customers in realizing the full value of their investment
• Act as a coordinator with related internal departments and external channels to ensure efficient and effective implementation of planned initiatives

Requirements

• University or above in any discipline
• 4-5 years or above relevant experience is an advantage
• Knowledge in loans products, credit risk and market situations
• Proven track record of achievement of sales target
• Aggressive, self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills and analytical skills
• Excellent communication, sales and negotiation skills
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
