Requirements:

• University degree holder 
• 1 – 3 years’ experience in Event/Project Management
• Proficiently with Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
• Good communication skill is a must
  
• Good at writing proposal and presentation.
• Possesses good organizational skills
• With strong sense of commitment and able to work under pressure
• Attention to details is critical
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Dynamic, creative, resourceful and a team player
• Initiative, hardworking, team player and has good communication
• Travel to Mainland China is sometimes required
• Immediately available is highly preferable   

Responsibilities:

• Event planning and executing in both Hong Kong and China
• Organise high-level corporate trainings in both Hong Kong and China
• Serve as a liaison with clients on event-related matters 
• Manage on site production as necessary 
• Review and evaluate team performance and be able to identify the potential risk for the projects
• Motivate the team to reach the target in projected progress 
• Prepare the debriefing reports after the event
