Responsibilities:

• Update technical information from manufacture.
• Handle service & warranty claim procedures.
• Write & follow up technical reports to regional office & manufacture.
• Organize & handle recall campaigns, service bulletin administration & documentation works.
• Deliver dealer warranty training & audit.
• Prepare monthly warranty report, analysis & documentation works.

Requirements:

• Holder of Higher diploma in Automotive Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 4 years related experience in motor industry.
• Careful on administration & documentation works.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Work individually, self-discipline & responsible.
• Good interpersonal & communication skills.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese & Mandarin.
• Strong written communication skills in both English & Chinese.
• Possess valid driving license will be an advantage.
