This new opening will form an integral part of the Client Service Delivery team, responsible for developing and on-boarding new business opportunities. The Business Development Executive is responsible for new business opportunities as well as directing, organizing and controlling project activities, under the direction of our Client Services Director (CSD) and the relevant Project Coordinators/Managers.

Responsibilities:

• Attend client meetings and assist with determination of project requirements of outsourcing opportunities
• Assist superiors in drafting and issuance of project proposals, Response to RFP’s, tenders, etc.
• Keep track of client’s change of service requirements and ensure clients’ needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner
• Keep superiors and others informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations
• Assist CSD on project related administrative work. e.g. updating of client log, status, etc.
• Support and act towards the BDO Global Vision
• Be committed to act with the firm's core values and competency expectation

Requirements:

• Degree holder, major in business administration, accounting, finance, marketing, or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in the capacity of a marketing, business development personnel, project coordinator, or equivalent at multinational corporations. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Business Development Officer
• Willing to take part in coordinating cross-border projects and/or working with local teams in APAC Region and professional service providers 
• Good time and project management skills
• Self starter with the ability to work independently at superiors’ instructions
• A can-do attitude and out spoken personality will be a valuable aspect
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; including Mandarin
• Good proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Be passionate for providing exceptional quality service and striving for exceeding clients’ expectations
