Requirements

• Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering /Building Surveying/M&E or equivalent related subjects.
• 4 years of maintenance experience, preferably in property management company
• Holder of Cert of Registration of Electrical Worker and Registered Minor Works Contractor will be advantage.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Engineer.
