Responsibilities:

• Provide marketing support to marketing department and full spectrum of office administrative support to the company including procurement;  
• Support the retail shops operation and sales activities;
• Maintain and update records with a proper filing system;
• Assist in organizing and executing company events and activities;
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned;

  Requirements

• With 4-8 years’ solid experience in office administration and marketing field
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
• Proactive, flexible, meticulous with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
• Able to multi-task, prioritize work and work under pressure  
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
