Responsibilities

• Provide customer services, such as answering enquiries and handling orders
• Liaise with clients for sample, order delivery schedule, order details, general follow-up
• Assist in brand building strategies, product planning, marketing and communication plans for school products and backpacks
• Work closely with partners in various countries to develop and build up the brand globally
• Assist with planning of marketing budgets, oversee budgets to be spent effectively and ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget
• Expand sales network, planning and forecast planning
• Assist with the operation and data management of the order processing in the ERP system
• Attend fairs and exhibitions
• Conduct market research to improve market intelligence

Requirements

• Degree, Higher Diploma or above in sales & marketing or equivalent
• 1 year of work experience is preferred (fresh graduate will also be considered).  Internship experience is an advantage
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong self-motivation, sense of responsibility and able to work independently
• Willing to learn and work under pressure
• High degree of work commitment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Chinese word processing
