A leading travel services company looking for an HOTEL BUSINESS MANAGER based in Hong Kong.
HOTEL BUSINESS MANAGER
Job Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and delivery for sale of all hotels in Hong Kong & Macau;
- Direct negotiation with hotels and chains for rates, allotments and favorable conditions;
- Visiting and inspecting hotels on a regular basis to ensure good relationships with hoteliers;
- Ensuring that all contracts are received to deadline and that contract conditions are met;
- Dealing with any disputes between the hotels and company.
Requirements:
- Degree holder with at least 7 years of relevant experience; Prior experience in OTA hotel and travel industry is essential;
- Presentable, guest service oriented and possess strong leadership, interpersonal and presentation skills;
- Mature, Self-motivated, detailed minded, well-organized;
- Ability to work independently, good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is must;
- Good in Excel and Chinese typing;
- Travel as required (Mainland China); Working in Shenzhen or Guangzhou Branch office when required;
- A flexible approach dependent upon the business demands;
- To analysis and review Sales, Competitor, Market reports.
