Job Description

Responsibilities:

  •  Responsible for customer service and handle the customer enquiries and complaints, order follow up and the related counter services. 
  • Manage the WIFI device maintenance and monitor the inventory record.
  • Support to administration and provide reports.
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the company.

 

Requirements:

  •  Form 5 or above
  • Strong communication skills
  • ŸTeam-player, self-motivated with strong sense of customer service mindset
  • Proficiency in spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Shift duty is required
  • Working on night shift when required
  • ŸWork experience in customer service and sales aspects in travel and telecommunication industry is an advantage
  • Excellent PC skills in Microsoft Word, Chinese Word Processing & Excel etc.
  • ŸImmediate availability preferred

 

Work days: 5 working days per week, shift basis

 

Work location: Airport and Mongkok
