Responsibilities:

• To handle full set of import/ export documents
• To handle L/C issue, the tradelink declarations and shipping arrangement
• To liaise with customers and PRC factory
• To coordinate customers' requests and handle customer enquiries and complaints 

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above
• Over 3 years in relevant experience, preferably in trading recycle waste material with mainland companies
• Knowledge of full set import/ export document, L/C issue and tradelink declaration
• Experience in customer service
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate available is preferred
