Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create/maintain schedules, control lists and proper records of day to day financial transactions to facilitate monthly analysis and year end audits;
• Assist Finance Manager in processing and reviewing payment requests of invoices, expense reports, petty cash logs in a timely manner;
• Track against forecasted Travel and Entertainment expenses on a regular basis;
• Understand Cato's accounting standards and make sure they are strictly followed;
• Able to assist in IT end user support and troubleshooting will be an added asset

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Accounting or related discipline
• 2 - 3 years relevant experience in Accounting / Account Payable related field
• Detail minded with good analytical and communication skills
• Good written & spoke English & Mandarin
• Computer literate
