Responsibilities:

• Handle and execute trading instructions
• Provide comprehensive and professional support to our clients;
• Handle all kinds of enquiries and complaints, account opening procedures;
• Maintain good relationship with clients;
• Responsible for matching daily transaction records as well as compiling various type of trading reports
• Monitor clients’ risks and perform risk control
• Ad hoc duties as assigned by the Company

Requirements:

• IMMEDIATE AVAILABLE is highly preferred
• Associate Degree/Degree in any disciplines Or Non-degree holder with relevant experience
•  Fast response and able to work under pressure
• At least 1 year experiences in dealing or customer services;
• Holder of SFC Type 1 (Dealing in Securities) and Type 2 (Dealing in Futures Contracts) is definitely advantageous;
• High level of customer service orientation;
• Sociable with good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Multi-tasking and problem-solving skills;
• Fluent in Cantonese and Putonghua is a must;
• Candidate with more experience can be considered as Dealing Manager.
