The Role

Reporting to the Asia Pacific Customer Administration Director, and supervise a team in Hong Kong and Singapore, you will be responsible for:

• Control over Asia Pacific master data, sales & purchases administration activities and customer & supplier billing document in SAP
• Ensure the sales administration procedures are properly applied & followed
• Assure the transactions in SAP are accurate and timely, conforming to HQ’s process and procedures
• Facilitate the month end / year end closing and provide reports and analysis to Management for decision making, meeting audit requirements
• Develop and monitor the KPI

 The Requirements

• Strong Information Systems and Accounting background
• Bachelor degree holder or above
• Solid managerial skills preferably with 5-7 years of experience; high ethical standards required
• Excellence knowledge in SAP, experience in Sarbanes Oxley
• Problem solving skills, sound analysis and synthesis skills
• good people management and able to work independently and under pressure
• Willing to travel occasionally
• Excellent spoken and written English. Mandarin preferred
