Job Descriptions:

• Prepare daily order transaction and shipment arrangement
• Provide good customer service with overseas customers such as email enquiries & returns
• Follow-up shipment orders via liaising overseas reseller and customers
• Provide full support to operations teams and co-operate with sales & marketing team
• Data entry, filing and clerical duties
• Perform daily operations process and ad-hoc assignments in efficiency

Job Requirement:

• DSE or above
• 1 years clerical working experience
• Proficiency in MS office, excellent knowledge in Excel (Pivot table and functions)
• Good Command of written and spoken English & Chinese
• Good customer services skills and good problems solving abilities
• A team player, possess initiative, willing to learn and customer-oriented
• Self-motivated, well-organized with helpful manner, strong sense of commitment and responsibility
• 5 days per week
• Immediate availability

Salary : 12K to 14K
