Job Descriptions:

• Assist the superior in supervising the daily cleansing operation and carry out property management duties;
• Handle procurement, administration, personnel matter of cleaners independently;
• Provide administration and clerical support in the preparation of quotation, proposal, agreements and contracts;
• Provide Customer services;
• Handle Sales and purchasing.

Requirements:

• From 7 or above and obtained passes in 5 subjects in the HKECC including Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B);
• 1 years’ working experience in facility/ property management or cleaning industry;
• Familiar with MS Word & Excel and Chinese word processing;
• Good interpersonal, communication, supervisory and management skills;
• Courteous and enthusiastic in providing customer services;
• With driving license is preferable.
