Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute matters as facility manger for group property portfolio
- Acting as a project manager to direct, supervise, co-ordinate and manage outside consultants and contractors in development / A&A projects
- Maintain effective working relationships between tenants, internal departments and external vendors in all property management functions
- Prepare and review contracts and tender documents including negotiations etc.
- Assist in drafting / preparing E&M provisions for group property portfolio
- Supervision of external building manager, attending meetings and emergency case handling
- Handling complaints / inquiries from tenants
- Provide service supports to internal department
Requirements:
- Degree holder in facilities management, property management, surveying, building services, engineering or safety management, theatre studies or equivalent
- Min. 5 years of experience in facilities maintenance, property management, project management, building services
- Familiar with Building Management System (BMS), and have professional knowledge of Building Management Ordinace (BMO), Building Ordinance, Landlord & Tenant (Consolidation) (Amendment) Ordinance, DMC and related ordinances
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good PC skills on Auto-CAD
