Responsibilities: 

• Check the correctness of carrier invoices, match against approval forms, purchase requisition, quotation, delivery note and/or customer contract. 
• Create accounting entries for variable costs, prepare carrier checking summary and calculate the withheld amount of payment. 
• Provide variable cost analysis to explain the monthly fluctuation and provide cost information to other approved departments.
• Maintain the amortization of prepayment and make proper accrual of costs for month-end closing. 
• Perform the cost-revenue matching to enforce cost saving and revenue assurance. Check network cost against revenue file and revenue backlog file.
• Compile schedules for balance sheet and profit/loss items.
• Follow up carriers’ enquiries re discrepancies and payment status.

Requirements: 

• Degree in Accounting / related discipline
• Member of Professional Accounting Association
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications and computerized Accounting System
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, reliable and detail-oriented
• Minimum of 3 years’ solid auditing / accounting experience
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Hands-on experience in Peoplesoft is advantageous
