Responsibilities:

• Manage vendors, supplier pool, internal & external processes
• Create and update guidelines, layouts and booklets for both internal and external communications
• Create and update in-store tactical communication for all markets
• Be the key contact for the development of V2 and V3 of the Brand Consultant app enhancements
• Coordinate with Marketing to ensure Content Management System (CMS) of BC app is up to date with NPDs and Limited Editions
• Coordinate with translation agency to ensure the app for the multi-language is well executed
• Create and edit videos for service scenarios for internal use
• Be the key assistant to the Brand Consultant Manager in the preparation and development of different projects
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to execute the project in a timely and efficient manner with the given budget

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above in Graphic Design/Web Design or related disciplines
• At least 2 years of graphic design, app development or content management experience
• A good team player with energetic and outgoing personality who likes to work in a multicultural and multispecialty environment and enjoy moments of conviviality
• Proactive, independent, detail-oriented, proactive, and result driven
• A good sense of aesthetics and graphic presentations
• Very strong sense of personal and business ethics
• Good communications, organization and coordination skills
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good in MS Powerpoint and Excel, AI, Photoshop and Premiere
