職責

• 督導團隊的日常運作，以達至生產目標，同時確保產品合乎公司的衛生標準
• 控制生產數量以避免浪費
• 監管產品及生產用具的存量以提升營運效率
• 培訓下屬的日常工作技巧
• 與合作伙伴緊密溝通，以達至優質的客戶服務
• 支援日常行政工作

入職要求

• 中學程度或以上
• 具備五年飲食業工作經驗，當中包括一年督導經驗
• 具備領導才能、良好人際關係及溝通技巧
• 具備基本電腦應用技巧及知識，包括MS Word及Excel
• 良好中英文書寫及溝通能力

Responsibilities

• Supervise the team to achieve meal production targets and the compliance of quality and hygiene standards
• Control number of meals produced to avoid wastage
• Optimize food and equipment stock levels for operational efficiency
• Provide training and technical support to staff for performing their daily duties
• Liaise with internal and external partners to ensure customers’ satisfaction
• Provide administrative support and maintain an efficient filing system 

 Requirement

• F.5/DSE or above
• 5 years or above related working experience with at least 1 year in supervisory level preferably in food industry
• Good leadership skills preferably in labour intensive environment
• Strong and positive customer service attitude
• Sound in PC operation including MS Word and Excel
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
