Candidates, well conversant with mobile apps development, should have substantial experience in user liaison and co-ordination.  Prefer 3 years solid experience in development in iPhone or Android platforms using Objective C or Java or Swift. Must have strong WEB systems background with excellent communication skills. Exposure to project management and delivery services is a definite advantage. 

The successful candidates should be qualified with a degree in Information Systems or relevant disciplines.
