Responsibilities:

- Provide IT infrastructure pre-sales product/solution support

- Prepare and conduct product and solution presentation

- Coordinate with various internal and external parties on customer POC

- Prepare the technical proposal with detail equipment BOM and SOW.

- Act as a technical contact window to coordinate pre-sales tasks between vendors technical and internal sales department

Requirements

-College/University graduate in computer engineering related disciplines

-5 years experience in IT technical support

- Experience in VM, enterprise server, storage/backup systems is must

- Experience in network security and data security is advantage

-CCNA/MSCE/Vmware VCP certificate holder

-Mature, presentable and target oriented

-Able to work independently and hard working with self motivation

-Good customer service support experience.
