Job Description
- Tertiary education, holder of diploma or degree in Computing Studies
- Sound experience in remote access and communication
- At least 1 year's experience in Network Support in WAN / LAN implementation and maintenance
- Experience in Windows 2003 Server Administration
- Knowledge of firewall, TCP/IP and disaster recovery is an advantage
- Provide helpdesk support & solution to end users on all IT aspects including hardware, software, and network as well as business applications
- Self-motivated, good analytical and problem solving skills
