Job Description:

-To arrange daily preventive and corrective maintenance duties and manage the schedule of maintenance plan

-Prepare method statement for routine preventive and corrective maintenance

-Supervise the contractor and progress of maintenance works for the operation of client's building facilities and data center such as electricity supply system, fire prevention system, air-conditioning system and BMS system ...etc.

-Coordinate with departments and contractors to assist operation and ensure facility safe working

-Communicate & coordinate with Service Sales to close the service orders

-Proper record to ensure the compliance of documentation and procedure to standard

Requirement:

-Higher Diploma holder in Building Service, Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related discipline;

-2 - 3 years relevant experiences in Building Service or Facility Engineering

-Good analytical & interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure

-Proactive, strong planning and organizing ability with good problem solving skill

-Presentable, with good communication and interpersonal skills

-Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent Mandarin is preferred

-Prefer with Data Centre experience
