Job Duties :

• Define, scope, initiate and manage regional digital projects, ensuring their successful and timely delivery
• Develop project plan and budget based on the business case for approval
• Supervises teams of project management resources/ teams assigned to the project
• Ensure project governance and adherence to Group project management standards & best practices
• Coordinate and deal with vendors on web application development, support and maintenance issues 
• Prepare test plan, test cases and perform test execution for system Quality Assurance 
• Work with outsourced multimedia vendors for graphic animation/video production

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree holder in Computer Science/Information Technology/Creative Multimedia or relevant disciplines 
• Good knowledge in HTML/HTML5, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, XML 
• Experience in dealing with system vendors, problems solving and troubleshooting on web/mobile application development
• Experience in Web/mobile application development is an advantage but not essential 
• Knowledge in Database system, such as MySQL, MSSQL Server 
• Experience in UI analysis/testing on web/mobile application is highly desired 
• Strong change management skills and experience
• Good team player, responsible and self-motivated 
• Immediate availability is preferred
