Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop the Salesforce Customer Relations Management (CRM) system in the company
  • Responsible for collecting functional requirements from the Management and Sales teams, analyzing and translating them into technical functionalities for ongoing development of the CRM system
  • Liaise with the key stakeholders to identify their business reporting requirements and develop system reports that meet their business need
  • Work closely with IT team to assist in otherprojects’ management,planning, monitoring and implementation
  • Ensure proper coordination of other projectsbetween all teams involved
  • Support otherprojects’ rollout, deployment and on-going support
  • Maintain system documentation, training materials and conduct user trainings
  • Perform ad-hoc projects and other duties as requested

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in  Business Administration or related disciplines
  • At least 3 to 4 years solid experience in CRM or project management / coordination
  • Experience in implementation and customization of salesforce.com will be an added advantage
  • Ability to independently work on full life-cycle project
  • Good analytical, communication, coordination and presentation skills
  • Willing to learn, positive and pro-active working attitude
  • Proficient PC skills including MS office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
  • Good command of written & spoken English, Chinese & Mandarin
  • Immediate available is highly preferable
