Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the factory operation and monitoring all aspects of production, quality and engineering. 
• Leading and coordinating any plans and projects in factory to ensure company objectives are met
• Formulating and implementing policies and procedures for continuous improvement of factory operations and productivity
• Ensure factory compliance is verified and adhered to all resources
• Overall responsibility for budgets.
• Handle ad hoc duties

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Manufacturing / Chemistry / Industrial Engineering.
• Over 15 years’ factory management / production management preferably in pharmaceutical industry.
• Familiar with GMP & GSP in China.
• Have all-round in depth knowledge in all aspects of factory operation, hands on style.
• Team player with very strong leadership and people management skills and ability to build and manage successful relationships.
• Good command on Chinese and English & proficient in MS Office (excel, word and powerpoint)
• Must fluent in Putonghua, both oral & written, also in English & Cantonese
• Frequent travel required
