Job Responsibilities:

• In charge of sales activity for all aspects of the social enterprise, develop sales leads to find new customers.
• Develop, implement and execute sales actions plans and strategies. Monitor progress of these initiatives.
• Planning and implement marketing strategies to promote company services
• Coordinate and manage company’s business development and marketing strategy
• Possess strong experience and connections (corporate & commercial / retail / education / event management)
• Up sell and cross sell products to meet the customers’ needs
• Identify new clients and deliver sales pitch to win new business and negotiate the best terms.

Requirements:

• University graduate
• Previous B2B sales experience, marketing or account management
• Candidates should have excellent presentation and negotiation skill
• Familiar with Fundraising / Government Fund Application / Event Management
• Immediate available is highly preferred 
• Entrepreneurial and hungry.  Able to work independently and proactively and in order to deliver results
• Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
