We have a unique opportunity for a Programme Coordinator to join our Programme Strategy Team responsible for supporting the programme strategy planning for ITV’s International Channels.

As a Programme Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting the Programming team in preparing programme plans and scheduling documents, supporting the acquisition process, conducting market research and performing viewership analysis. You will also be managing the subtitle and material deliveries and coordinating media traffic with external departments across multiple time zones.

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, committed team player who is passionate about the television industry and able to demonstrate previous experience in the following:

• 2 or more years of experience in television or media related industry – ideally in an international channel
• Experience in scheduling and programme planning
• Proven ability to communicate well with internal teams, vendors and distributors
• Knowledge of viewing trend and rating analysis
• Proven ability to be accurate and organized with tight timelines
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent at Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Fluency in English and knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage
