Responsibilities

• Maintains good working relationships with Subway Head Office Staff and other Branches.
• Proficiency of all tasks of Sandwich Artist, Shift Supervisor, and assists to Store Manager.
• Handle the daily/weekly paper works and administration tasks required by the company.
• Maximizes the profitability of the store by increasing sales and controlling costs.
• Implements and procedures established by the company.
• Maintains the quality, freshness and food safety of all products according to Hong Kong Law and Subway standards.
• Buying and procurement, using only approved Subway suppliers.
• Meet and maintain the Subway compliance according to the standards of the current corporate monthly evaluation in all areas under direct control of the Manager.
• Maintain the hours of operations established by the Company.
• Maintain all equipment and fixtures, inside and outside of the store, to ensure good working order and condition. 
• Increase sales through marketing and local store promotions.
• Meet all staffing needs through effective planning, hiring, training, communication and scheduling of employees. Ongoing development of crew members to a promotable status and regular performance appraisals as outlined by the Company.
• Attend all meetings, seminars and business functions mandated by the Company.
• Security requirements are maintained.

Requirements

• Sounded experience in F&B with shop management and supervisory level in luxury sector is preferred
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellency in customer service, pleasant personality and passionate with high fashion sense
• Good analytical skill and merchandise management
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese
• Good computer literate in Microsoft Office
