Job Description
IR Global is one of the leading financial roadshow agencies. We are seeking a Roadshow Associate to provide all the logistics planning and support including accommodation, travel arrangements, all aspects of group presentations (venue and production management) and any ad hoc requests. This role requires to prepare and manage meeting schedules, organize logistics arrangements as well as prepare all invoices and final costing for reconciliation.
Job requirement:
- 1-2 years of experience in events management or related fields
- Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- An energetic, pro-active applicant with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to adapt quickly to changes in pace of workflow
- Pro-active time management, ability to produce results under strict/short deadlines
- Rigour and attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Willingness to work outside office hours if required
- Willingness to travel
- Proficient in Chinese input and Microsoft Office
