Job Description
Responsibilities:
-
Provide daily administrative and clerical support to all retail stores such as arranging VM material, stationery, laundry etc.

Handle stores’ petty cash, expenses and leave application
-
Check all the invoices and bills for manager’s approval
-
Prepare regular and ad-hoc sales reports
-
Liaise with different vendors & retail project team for various store maintenance
-
Work closely with CS department for customer repair cases
-
Co-ordinate with card center and IT department for POS or payment problems
-
Undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
-
Form 7 or above
-
At least 3 years’ relevant working experience in retail operation
-
Responsible, Independent, self-initiative and attention to details
-
Strong communications and interpersonal skills
-
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint, knowledge in SAP is a plus

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
