Responsibilities:

• Provide daily administrative and clerical support to all retail stores such as arranging VM material, stationery, laundry etc.
• Handle stores’ petty cash, expenses and leave application
• Check all the invoices and bills for manager’s approval
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc sales reports
• Liaise with different vendors & retail project team for various store maintenance
• Work closely with CS department for customer repair cases
• Co-ordinate with card center and IT department for POS or payment problems
• Undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Form 7 or above
• At least 3 years’ relevant working experience in retail operation
• Responsible, Independent, self-initiative and attention to details
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint, knowledge in SAP is a plus
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
