Job Description

 Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the Call Center members achieving KPI targets
  • Identifies the operation issue by monitoring the real cases and works closely with Team Head to offer a long term solution.
  • Follow up customers’ enquiries and feedback
  • Prepare the report as per management request

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in any disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years CS experience, preferably in Consumer Electronics or Telecom industry
  • Strong analytical skill and able to handle complex tasks
  • Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Good communication, presentation, interpersonal and writing skill
  • Work location: Kowloon Bay
  • 5-day work per week, no shift work is required
