Requirements:

• HKCEE/HKDSE /Higer Diploma or above;
• 1-2 years experience in Logistics filed or other related industry;
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin will be an advantage;
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, especially in Excel;
• Hard working, responsible and willing to work overtime

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all outgoing shipments are picked /packed correctly and timely;
• Prepare all documents to forwarders / couriers and customers;
• Co-ordinate with internal departments, forwarders and couriers to ensure that shipments are timely released;
• Ensure all shipments are updated into the system;
• Liaise with customer;
• Prepare billing report;
• Arrange cycle count of customer's inventory regularly, if applicable
