Our client an International Shipping company are looking to appoint a Customer Service executive to join their team in Shanghai.

Responsibilities;

• Provide outstanding service to customers and clients
• Basic administration skills
• Updating the company systems
• Deliver a 1st class level of customer service to clients, professionally and efficiently at all times and in accordance with documented procedures
• Liaise with third party suppliers
• Look for new ways to increase business efficiency
• Work closely with the commercial client owners
• Ensure all sales invoices are raised correctly

 The ideal candidate;

• Strong product knowledge of FCL and LCL
• Possess professional selling skills.
• Have strong sense of achievement drive and result orientation
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good spoken and written English skills
